I met up with Katie and Tom in the old gold mining town of Trentham, in Country Victoria. I am shooting their wedding up there in January so it seemed fitting that we all meet up for a bit of a location scout and warm up in front of the Lens before the big day.
We started in a local cafe with coffee and then wandered around the picturesque streets of the town. As a part time florist, Katie finds flowers wherever she roams and this day was no exception. She picked pretty daisies from the roadside and “borrowed” an incredible smelling David Austen Rose from an overgrown garden. As the sun got fierce, we meandered our way to the Trentham falls for a splash along the Coliban River.
As you can see from the photos no warm up was required. Katie and Tom hardly noticed i was even there.
